4-3p. Shoot Close

One big difference between amateurs and pros is the pros shoot closer or “tighter.”

You want to get into showing details. That’s where photography excels.

And on small-screen mobile phones, the image is already so small.

So, shoot tight. And shoot close.

Practice

ph4-3p. Shoot Close
Take three pictures of a fruit. Take three photos of a person.
  1. Shoot the whole fruit with plenty of space around it.
  2. Shoot the fruit but have the top touching the top of your picture frame and the bottom of the fruit touching the bottom of the picture frame.
  3. Shoot the fruit getting even closer, showing just a part of it. 
Study your results, send it in with 25-75 words about your observations.
